Conference Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of conference registration, the following cancellation charges will be applicable based on the date of cancellation request received by the organizers:
Cancellation request received on or before 30 September 2026
10% of the registration plan amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Cancellation request received from 01 October 2026 to 30 October 2026
25% of the registration plan amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Cancellation request received from 31 October 2026 to 30 November 2026
35% of the registration plan amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Cancellation request received from 01 December 2026 to 20 December 2026
50% of the registration plan amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
After 20 December 2026, no refund will be given.
Refund Processing
Approved refund amounts will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
Request Submission
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organizing committee through the official communication channel.
